Lightning dodges the bullets which was part of Needle's plan to launch a missile at Lightning without him knowing until it was close to him, causing an explosion. Needles opens the window on the side of the Sweet Tooth with his 12-Gauge shotgun and shoots for Lightning's wheels to stop from moving. Lightning tumbles over before pushing himself back up with his wheels and continues to dodge the ice cream cone homing missiles. Needles gets more angry than before and hits Lightning with his ice cream cone homing missiles. Lightning shoots one of the Molotov cocktails and gets some glass in Needles arm as he drives ahead. Needles grabs out multiple Molotov cocktails and tosses them at Lightning who nearly gets set on fire. Lightning realizes that he's not only facing off against of his kind but something horrifying. Lightning spins around and appears right next to Needles who shows his face to Lightning. However, this doesn't do anything except make tiny holes in the truck. Lightning unleashes his own machine guns and begins shooting the Sweet Tooth. Lightning quickly dodges every bullet before he beings driving backwards. Needles activates the machine guns on the Sweet Tooth and begins shooting at Lightning who starts to freak out.
Needles: Watching you die will be a thrilling sight. Lightning drives off in shock as the driver inside known as Needles Kane looks at him from behind in an evil way. Suddenly, a deadly ice cream truck titled 'Sweet Tooth' with front mounted spikes crashed through a wall with loaded machine guns and shot one wheel per racer except Lightning who quickly dodged the bullets. It was the final lap for the Piston Cup Championship and Lightning was taking the lead. Twisted Metal vs Cars! Which racer with guns and missiles will win?
